10TB X-Brick have 7.47TiB Usable capacity (worst case assuming no benefits  from data reduction)

20TB X-Brick have 14.93TiB Usable capacity (worst case assuming no benefits from data reduction)

AppSync License:

 In MyQuotes you have the option to select the Zero Dollar or the Paying Version . Add AppSync Limited Version Software to XtremIO Order Zero $0 and add Full Priced AppSync Software to XtremIO Order $$$$$$. So, you always can leave it unchecked and ask the End user if they need AppSync , or Add the $0 version to the Quote.

Software Maintenance:

Put Zero Dollar for default software maintenance
