DD head swap test case

If request comes for DD head swap with some shelf and the shelf qty does not match  with the technical minimum qty. then we need to follow the below.

- We will configure 1^st config with only head option and 2^nd config as upgrade with the requested qty of shelf. Put a note for this.

With EMC rack solution : PS-BAS-DDPH (supports upto 12 shelves). If we are configuring more than 12 shelves then need to configured add-on shelf service.

DD upgrade services:
