Process updates for Avamar

Avamar Grid/Avamar DS:

Give an additional Hot Spares, when requested for Avamar Grid/Avamar DS.

Node missing workaround:

Issue: When user selects “desired node type”,  corresponding model does not generate .., affected Model (s)  AVM600MG4S, AVM1200MG4S & AVM2400MG4S .

Workaround: As a workaround user should change selection to “Yes” for US Government account question; this will trigger node selection to appear on summary.

or

add the missing model part numer at OA comment and put a note to GRO for replacing the part number.

Gen4S

Gen4S nodes will be EOL in Oct-Nov-2016 and EOSL in 2021.

let us start notifying the field about Gen4S nodes going EOL – “Please note that Avamar Gen4S nodes will go EOL by Oct-Nov-2016. Gen4T nodes will replace Gen4S nodes. Please find attached document for reference” and attach the FAQ doc.
