Follow the steps:
- Create upgrade quote
- Calculate List Price for Maintenance
- Premium Maint = List Price Product X 11% / Yr,
- Enhanced Maint = List Price Product X 9% / Yr,
- Go to Catalog and add MISCELLANEOUS
- Go to Quote Details
- Under Item Details select MISC – Actions – Additional Details
- Update Misc List Price with list Price calculated above
- Update MISC Model Description – Enter Level and # of Years for Unity Upgrade Maint

The EMC best practices on UNITY suggest using Raid 6 (6+2 default) for 1 TB and larger NL-SAS drives. VNX EFD and SAS drives will use RAID5 (4+1) unless otherwise specified in the sizing request or to meet the workload requirements. These RAID choices provide the best possible combination of performance and capacity and also help the overall reliability of the solution.
